His career combines high-level deal making with hands-on business execution, positioning him as a key driver of sustainable revenue and strategic expansion.Craig has led and supported restaurant and hospitality ventures in Trinidad and Tobago, where he developed deep expertise in market entry, partnership development, pricing strategy, and customer experience. His international background enables him to build strong relationships across diverse markets while identifying scalable growth opportunities.
