About this notice
RGS is the public brand of RasGeneral Sound Entertainment Plus. This notice explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, contact us, request a quote or use our services.

Our services bring together creative design, websites and business support, technology assistance, entertainment and event services, artist projects, and radio and media work. The information needed depends on the service you request.

Information you provide
You may provide your name, company, phone number, email address and preferred contact method. For a project or event, you may also provide dates, locations, requirements, budget, artwork, photographs, music, video, documents and other materials relevant to the work.

Correspondence, quotes, agreements, approvals and necessary transaction records may form part of your customer or project record. Please provide only information needed for your request and materials you are authorized to share. Do not submit passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details or payment-terminal security keys through ordinary forms, email or chat.

How we use information
We use relevant information to respond to requests, understand requirements, prepare quotes, arrange and deliver agreed services, communicate about a project, maintain necessary business records, resolve issues and protect our services.

Promotional communications are separate from project communications and follow the applicable consent and preference requirements. A request for a quote or service link does not automatically authorize ongoing marketing.

Website data, cookies and embedded content
Our website uses Wix for hosting and features such as forms, member accounts, bookings, payments and chat. Wix and enabled site features may process IP addresses, browser/device details, account and transaction information, and website activity. Cookies and similar technologies support site functions, security and performance measurement. TWIPLA website analytics and Poptin marketing tools are installed on the site; when enabled, these tools may process visitor activity or information submitted through their forms. Their own privacy notices apply to their processing.

Embedded music, video, social or other external content may involve third-party processing. The site currently has no cookie consent banner. You can use your browser settings to restrict or delete cookies; doing so can affect site functions. For privacy or tracking questions, contact RGS at the address below.

Payments
Payments are handled through the payment services used for the relevant transaction. RGS may receive information needed to reconcile a payment, issue receipts and manage orders, such as transaction identifiers, payment status and limited billing details.

Use the authorized checkout or payment link for sensitive payment information. The payment provider’s own privacy notice applies to its processing.

Service providers and project partners
We may provide necessary information to service providers that support website hosting, forms, communication, payment processing, recordkeeping or other functions used to serve you.

Where an agreed project requires a performer, technician, supplier or other project partner, we may share the details needed for their role. We seek to limit that sharing to the relevant scope. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

External websites and platforms have their own data practices. Please review their notices when using those services.

Project materials and public use
Materials supplied for a project are used for the agreed work. This privacy notice does not itself grant RGS a blanket right to publish your photographs, music, videos or other materials as advertising or portfolio examples. Public or promotional use follows the applicable project agreement and permissions.

Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described in this notice, including necessary project, accounting, dispute and legal records. Retention depends on the type of information and the applicable obligations.

Website information is processed through Wix and the relevant service providers. Access is intended for authorized business users and providers supporting the relevant service. No system can guarantee complete security.

Your questions and choices
You can contact RGS to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting and may retain records where required or otherwise permitted by applicable law. Available rights depend on the laws that apply to the request.

Use any unsubscribe option provided in marketing messages or contact us to update your communication preferences. Service communications may still be needed for an active project or transaction.

Service agreements
This privacy notice explains data handling. It does not itself create a content license, confirm a booking or replace the scope, payment, revision, cancellation or delivery terms in your applicable service agreement. Existing agreements remain subject to their terms.

We may revise this notice as our services and data practices change. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice of significant changes.

Historical service terms — September 8, 2025

The following service provisions are retained separately from the Privacy Policy for reference to existing arrangements. Historical package references do not advertise availability for new purchases. Your applicable agreement and approved scope govern your project.

6. Third-Party Services & Apps

• RGS integrates third-party services such as hosting providers, radio streaming platforms, and payment processors.
• Each third-party service operates under its own terms and privacy policies.
• RGS is not responsible for the content, availability, operation, or practices of third-party services.

7. User Content & Channels

• Creators and businesses are solely responsible for the content published on their channels.
• Views and opinions expressed on channels do not represent RGS.
• Hate speech, violence, unlawful activity, harassment, or abusive behavior is prohibited.
• RGS reserves the right to suspend or remove any channel or content at its sole discretion.

8. Live Shows & Broadcast Disclaimer

• Channels may include DJs, talk shows, motivational speakers, or live broadcasts.
• All statements made during broadcasts reflect the views of the individual host only.
• RGS does not endorse, verify, or accept liability for statements made during live programming.
• All broadcasts must remain lawful and respectful.

9. Channel Packages & Resale

• RGS offers Spotlight Channels and business packages at published rates listed on our website.
• Larger-scale or enterprise projects (including clubs, hospitals, or multi-location businesses) are handled as custom solutions.
• Channels may not be resold, transferred, or sublicensed without prior written approval from RGS.
• Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Ownership & Licensing

• Creators retain ownership of their original content.
• By broadcasting or purchasing services through RGS, you grant RGS a non-exclusive license to stream, promote, and distribute your content for platform and promotional purposes.

11. Liability & Indemnity

• RGS is not responsible for damages, losses, disputes, or claims arising from user content, broadcasts, third-party services, or user conduct.
• Users agree to indemnify and hold RGS harmless from any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from their use of the platform or services.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
